My windows will not stay up:
It is possible that you need new balancers in your windows. There are several different types of balancers. The block and tackle balancers are rectangular and can be replaced by the homeowner as a do it yourself project, spiral balancers are round and come in several different designs, they require a special tool and are dangerous as a do it yourself project.  We sell and install both types.

My windows and/ or sliding glass door are not rolling properly:
We recommend roller replacement if needed or a lubrication and adjustment.

How do I maintain my new vinyl replacement windows?
To keep your windows sliding properly we recommend you use a silicone spray, for aluminum windows you could also use a bar of soap on your window and aluminum sliding door tracks.
To clean the vinyl frames you can rub lightly with steel wool or use a liquid cleanser DO Not Use a Scented Cleanser It will discolor the vinyl.

Will I ever recoup the cost of my replacement windows in energy savings?
